1. Cross Crunch with a Chest Press touching the toe: use 10-15lb weights, 15x one side then other. Then repeat movement on both sides but double up the press to a heel toe touch: same reps and sets
2. Reverse Crunch with a Chest Press: alternating for 20x: Then blast those abs and do 10 reverse crunches and 10 chest presses: 3x
3. Ab Roll-up with a Weighted Russian Twist: Perform roll-up and at top do weighted Russian twist, increasing Russian twist up to 10x each time.
Do all exercises above, rest one minute, then repeat 1-2 more times for sexy, sculpted abs this summer!
