1 Can organic chickpeas: rinsed and drained
1/2c Organic Coconut milk, light from can
1/3c Organic Peanut butter or other fave nut butter
2tblsp Organic raw Coconut butter, melted
2 Scoops vanilla whey protein isolate
2 Big squirts of liquid stevia
1tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/3c semi sweet organic chocolate chips
big pinch of cinnamon
1/3c ground organic flaxseeds
Directions: Blend in food processor chickpeas, coconut milk, stevia, cinnamon, coconut butter, then put in bowl and mix in all dry ingredients, add a little bit of coconut milk if needed. Press into freezer pan and drizzle easy chocolate sauce all over:
1tblsp coconut butter, 1tblsp almond butter, 2tblsp cocoa powder, few drops stevia: melt butters lightly and add cocoa and mix, then drizzle over cookie dough.
Freeze for about 1 hour, cut up and enjoy!!!:))
