Choco-chip Cookie Dough Protein Fudge!

Swap your Sunday cheat meal with this amazing recipe!  High fiber, high protein, no added sugar, good fats, no baking required, you wont feel guilty!

gluten and sugar free chocolate chip cookie dough fudge

Ingredients:

1 Can organic chickpeas: rinsed and drained

1/2c Organic Coconut milk, light from can

1/3c Organic Peanut butter or other fave nut butter

2tblsp Organic raw Coconut butter, melted

2 Scoops vanilla whey protein isolate

2 Big squirts of liquid stevia

1tsp Himalayan pink salt

1/3c semi sweet organic chocolate chips

big pinch of cinnamon

1/3c ground organic flaxseeds

Directions:  Blend in food processor chickpeas, coconut milk, stevia, cinnamon, coconut butter, then put in bowl and mix in all dry ingredients, add a little bit of coconut milk if needed.  Press into freezer pan and drizzle easy chocolate sauce all over:

1tblsp coconut butter, 1tblsp almond butter, 2tblsp cocoa powder, few drops stevia: melt butters lightly and add cocoa and mix, then drizzle over cookie dough.

Freeze for about 1 hour, cut up and enjoy!!!:))
