My name is Jannine Murray, I have been studying fitness since I was 16 and I guarantee 100% that however complicated your weight loss seems to be, I can drastically change your body once and for all, just like I did with mine!  I can show you the workout strategies, programs, routines, diet advice, nutritional coaching and mindset you need to make your personal fitness transformation lifelong and life changing.  I’ll be honest with you, it wasn’t easy for me.

 I struggled with eating disorders, self- worth issues, lack of motivation and discipline, depression, low energy AND I was a smoker and ate pretty unhealthy.   I would go from starvation diets, to binging, to hours of exercise, back to binging, to beating myself up for not achieving my goals, and then comfort myself with MORE BINGING.

To top it all off, I thought I could do it by myself because I was so ashamed of this never ending loop I was stuck in, so I never had anyone to show me the way.   It took me along time before I could reach out for help and admit I had a problem.. so it took even longer to clean up my act and get healthy.

Then one day, after months of slowly watching the pounds pack on and feeling my unhealthy lifestyle affect my school, work, relationships and my ability to cope with life, I finally found what I was looking for.

That was me after I decided I was fed up with looking “doughy” and dedicated myself to getting results.  I was looking so good, I would have strangers literally run up to me to ask me what I did to keep in shape.  That’s when I knew I had found my true life’s work, my passion, and I made it my business to provide the most effective personal training, fat loss and fitness training programs.

We then did about 4 months of personal training where I educated her and equipped her with all the tools and programs she lost a whopping 30 pounds of post baby fat and now looks even better than before her pregnancy!

    Hello, I’m interested in getting some information regarding personal training. I would like to shape up my body where needed and be realistic in my goals. My dream would be a tighter and more sculpted butt and legs area. I’m a vegetarian so diet is tricky for me. Could you offer me an idea about prices? I’m currently 5’4 and 135. Thank you.

      Hey Cheryl! It sounds like you are at a good body weight, what is your current fitness routine right now? As for training there are a few package options we could do anywhere between $175-$340. I would love to chat with you about these a bit more!
