My name is Jannine Murray and I guarantee 100% that however complicated your weight loss seems to be, I can drastically change your body once and for all, just like I did with mine! I’ll be honest with you, it wasn’t easy for me.
I struggled with eating disorders, self- worth issues, lack of motivation, depression, low energy AND I was a smoker and ate pretty unhealthy. I would go from starvation diets, to binging, to hours of exercise, back to binging, to beating myself up for not achieving my goals, and then comfort myself with MORE BINGING.
To top it all off, I thought I could do it by myself so I never had anyone to show me the way, so it took even longer to clean up my act and get healthy.
