These custom program designs have a limited capacity to a few people that I only offer every few months, as my clients end up staying with me much longer because they are so thrilled with the process, support and results! If you said yes to all the above I strongly suggest you sign up now as spots to hire me as your personal coach only come around ever few months.
To sign up all you have to do is pay $200 USD now as your non-refundable registration fee. You can expect another payment of the same amount to be charged two weeks later, then your last payment of the same amount two weeks later. The total cost is $600 but the payments are split up to help people make this work for their budget.
Once you sign up you will get an email from me with your health and fitness assessment that will allow me to build your profile, eating plan, workout split and structure and which workouts to use to suit your preference and goals. I will also require a few days of meal tracking to see what is going on with your hormones.
Once I receive your health and fitness assessment and a few days of meal tracking I will begin your program design immediately. Your program will be built in google docs, it's great for aggregating all the info and we can both edit and add text at the same time. This will save email clutter and confusion. This is the basis of your 8 week transformation!
We will then book our first coaching meeting to review your plan and fine tune anything needed. This will be a 1 hour diet, health, fitness, wellness coaching call to make sure you are fully loaded with all the resources and strategy you need to make this investment a success.
I will be available to you from 9 am to 9pm, 6 days a week to answer your questions (Saturdays are my one day off). Every week we will do a coaching call of 30 mins online, and some diet, fitness, lifestyle reflections for you to look at what you did right and where you can tighten things up. I WILL be holding you accountable to this!
Once our two months is up you will get a review and any other tools you may need for success.

Jannine Murray is the top Health And Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer in Victoria BC. Her journey started at the young age of 11 years old, when she first got into fitness and health and wellness. She went on to study at a spiritual retreat centre in Lytton B.C, with Amandah Jensan, a Medical Intuitive and Spiritual healer for two years learning about food as medicine, working with the earth and plant energies, and powerful mind/body meditative techniques like the Silva Method.
