Once you sign up you will get an email from me with some survey questions that will allow me to build your profile and the workouts.
You will also get links to our private Facebook group and page which will be our main platform for communicating. If you don't have Fb or not interested, I will also email you all the weekly info.
I will survey our group and collect as much data as I need to design your first phase of workouts, as this program is created in real time based on your groups feedback and your groups needs. I am excellent at modifying and will show many variations to make sure everyone feels they have a program that will work for them personally.
Our official start date is Monday January 15nd, but you will receive your first phase of workouts and videos a few days prior, so you can review and bring all your questions to our first meeting.
Before our first meeting: you will receive your accountability buddy, your workouts for the first two weeks, access to the private Fb group and page, and initial goal setting and results measuring. We will also book the next online meetings and make sure they work for as many people as possible. If you miss one, everything will be recorded so you will have access to all the materials forever, it is yours to keep!

Jannine Murray is the top Health And Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer in Victoria BC. Her journey started at the young age of 11 years old, when she first got into fitness and health and wellness. She went on to study at a spiritual retreat centre in Lytton B.C, with Amandah Jensan, a Medical Intuitive and Spiritual healer for two years learning about food as medicine, working with the earth and plant energies, and powerful mind/body meditative techniques like the Silva Method. This spurred her onto a path to learn and grow in service of healing herself and others.
Jannine has over 16 years experience teaching fitness classes and personal training, working with thousands of women around the world, holistic nutrition, diverse forms of movement therapy including the Alexander Technique, Fendenkraise, dance therapy and energy work.
